To my new blog.


Here you will find all my fitness related posts and rants, more details on my Personal Training and how I can help YOU, including upcoming workshops, group training sessions, and online help for those in faraway places.


To kick start the blog off, I thought I would treat you all to an article about 'Skinny Fat'. The biggest trend in young women today is that they want to be a size 0, or at least as skinny as a model. Women are scared of lifting weights as they will get 'bulky' and look like a female version of Arnie. This article explains the difference between minimal body fat with hardly any muscle, and less body fat with more muscle. It also explains about how everyday women don't actually possess the testosterone levels that are needed to really bulk up. So have a read, I found it super interesting and I think you will too!
